The Mayo Clinic is getting a lot of attention this week for a new study that promises to make sleep better and less stressful for the majority of us.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I have found that the most effective way to get sleep is to get as many as 5 hours a night of uninterrupted sleep.

It seems like this might be a little difficult, but if you’re willing to do some research, this is actually possible.

What you need for this method are a couple of things.

You need to know exactly how much sleep you need, and how long you need.

To do this, you’ll need a simple sleep diary.

The easiest way to do that is to just open up the sleep diary app, tap on “My Sleep Diary,” and type in your current sleep amount.

When you’re done, tap the sleep button.

You can also adjust your sleep schedule using the sleep slider, which is a little bit like the sleep tracker on your phone.

If this seems like a lot to ask for, you can set a limit for your sleep amount, which will help you stay within your comfort zone.
